Just had my Nissan repaired. Great work with a professional and friendly attitude. I have taken multiple vehicles to Bassitt over the years and will continue to do so.

Had spark plugs and wires replaced on my 2009 Hummer by Mile. After driving a little had the engine light come on. Called The shop right away and Mike said bring it on in. He didn’t hesitate. He plugged it in to a device and did a reset, the engine light went off. He said if it comes on again just call. Great customer service.

Excellent service from start to finish. I dropped off car at 8am, around 1pm I was notified what the problem was and was provided with a total cost for repair. They called me around 3pm to let me know my car was ready for pick up. Great experience overall!

Consider me a customer for life! (As long as I live nearby.) So far every experience I've had with Bassett has been a positive one. They consistently have delivered great service at better prices than local competitors. Most recently, they fixed a misfire in 1 of my cylinders on my f150. After the initial diagnostic they determined they would need to remove the valve cover to dig deeper and figure out what was going on (which would have brought my total to about $500. Once the valve cover was off they found that it was a separate issue which could be resolved without removing the valve cover. THEY NEVER CHARGED ME THE ADDITIONAL COST TO REMOVE THE VALVE COVER(only the cost of the original diagnostic and a spark plug)! They could have easily lied and got more money, but the team at bassett is probably the only mechanic shop I've ever actually trusted and thats for a good reason. I HIGHLY recommend them for any automotive repair needs you may have.

It a fascinating place for sure not your usual place for sure and super nice and friendly. Great waiting place no stinky tires.

My wife's Ford Mustang had a miss and then her check engine light came on. Bassitt said her car needed spark plugs and wires. Later that week the air conditioning in my Toyota Solara quit during the first hot spell in July. Bassitt checked it out and it was a relay switch. We highly recommend Bassitt Auto to anyone who needs their car repaired. They explain what needs to be done, they have fair prices, they always stand behind their repairs, and they have excellent customer service. That is important especially when you are on a fixed income. My wife would say the most. Important thing is the company you deal with is honest

Only one issue. I used the online scheduler and I got an email that I was unable to schedule that time and needed to pick a different date and time. I never received an email confirmation that my slot was saved. But, minor issue and very happy with this business.
