When have you ever seen the owner of a major repair shop actually in the shop? Never? Well the opposite is true at Bassitt. Craig took the time to make sure I was being well taken care of. Did he have to? Not at all from the customer service staff to the mechanics to Jamie, the GM, every single person at Bassitt was courteous, knowledgable and professional. I got a loaner car for free ( just paid for gas I used) and the repair was done quickly. You have a nice warm, comfortable place to sit while you wait for service, and free coffee/beverages while you're there. They use high quality parts so you pay a little more, but you really do have to compare "apples to apples" when looking at the cost. I didn't just pay for repairs, I bought peace of mind!
