Quick Turn-Around, Great Communication I recently took my vehicle in because my check engine light had come on. The tech explained the issues my car was having and listed them from highest to lowest priority so I knew which repairs needed to be done right away. I appreciated the info. I was given, as I was able to delay one of the repairs for several months. The folks at Bassitt are great and a pleasure to do business with. I love the 1950's diner décor and the free coffee, too!

Stands up to their warranty. I had a part fail that they previously installed and they stood by their warrenty. My repair was completed, with notifications of any changes happening during the repair. Delightful check in area at this business. Old time soda bar and nostalgic memorabilia. Best mechanic service I have experienced.

Ford Explorer Repair Have taken my 2002 Ford Explorer on a regular basis to Bassett. The vehicle has been a good car, but as is true by 170,000 miles, parts need to be replaced due to wear. So in the past 3 months have had to put in $3000 of repair due to coolant system, front brakes, alternator and most recently fuel pump. As a female in the tech field I truly appreciate the excellent communication provided by Bassett on my car. I would definitely recommend Bassett to anyone.

My daughter needed some work done on her car. Not only was the work done with excellence, but the car was ready 3 days earlier than originally thought, AND when they realized that the original price they quoted was wrong, they quoted a new price considerably lower. Their integrity is amazing! Customer service excellent!

I have been going to Bassitt Auto for years, from oil changes to replacing wiring harness. Their service has always been great. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Their have loaner cars so I can still get around if it's a major repair. I have always found their pricing to be fair and I wouldn't go anywhere else, even if they raised their prices.

I've been taking my car to Bassitt for years. Yes, they are more expensive, but that's because they use decent parts and spend time making sure the job is done right. Their customer service is amazing, (or maybe I'm so jaded I'm easily impressed?). I took my Nissan into them yesterday to get the engine mounts fixed, they had notified me last year that one engine mount had cracked, I ignored their warning to have it fixed (because I love to play car engine roulette and see which speed bump is going to make my engine fall out). My husband was driving the car a month ago and heard a loud metallic ping as he pulled into our driveway. Turns out, the back engine mount had sheared off and cracked the front engine mount. So, like the good little procrastinator I am, I waited a month to take my car into Bassitt. They do a free inspection, list what they think your car could have done to it, but they're not pushy about you having those services, which I like. They offer you a loaner car (you just have to pay $0.30 a mile) and there are complimentary beverages. Rick and Kelly were super nice and accommodating with communication (emailing instead of calling, since I was at work) and Kelly arranged for me to be able to pick up my car after they had closed for the evening.

Brillant I enjoy calling Bassitt Auto, they are friendly and accommodating. They seem to always have time to change my oil. They have given me estimates for future work, so I can save for this expense which will keep my Subaru in top shape.
