I've been taking my car to Bassitt for years. Yes, they are more expensive, but that's because they use decent parts and spend time making sure the job is done right. Their customer service is amazing, (or maybe I'm so jaded I'm easily impressed?). I took my Nissan into them yesterday to get the engine mounts fixed, they had notified me last year that one engine mount had cracked, I ignored their warning to have it fixed (because I love to play car engine roulette and see which speed bump is going to make my engine fall out). My husband was driving the car a month ago and heard a loud metallic ping as he pulled into our driveway. Turns out, the back engine mount had sheared off and cracked the front engine mount. So, like the good little procrastinator I am, I waited a month to take my car into Bassitt. They do a free inspection, list what they think your car could have done to it, but they're not pushy about you having those services, which I like. They offer you a loaner car (you just have to pay $0.30 a mile) and there are complimentary beverages. Rick and Kelly were super nice and accommodating with communication (emailing instead of calling, since I was at work) and Kelly arranged for me to be able to pick up my car after they had closed for the evening.
