Great place with which to keep your vehicle up to date. I've been coming here for the last year and know someone that had been coming here for years before that. Very trustworthy outfit. They do exactly what they promise, do it well and stay within the quote. Extreme pride in their craft. After I've had work done here my not-so-new truck somehow feels new again. They are not inexpensive but I always feel like I got more than my money's worth.

I’ve only been in the area for about a year and hadn’t needed to go to a mechanic until recently. These guys came recommended to me by a COMPETITOR of theirs who couldn’t fit me in for an appointment so they told me to go to Bassitt. I wasn’t disappointed. Not only were they thorough and honest in the inspection of my car, they also didn’t overcharge me some bullcrap prices. And when I was looking into buying a new car, Jamie (he’s my favorite there!) offered to come look at the car I was planning on purchasing “just to make sure it doesn’t have any issues”. I’d recommend this place to any and every one. You won’t be disappointed or feel like they’re cheating you.

Always do a great job!

I had a charging issue with my 65 mustang, already changed the alternator and voltage regulator. They quoted me $125 over the phone but when I took it in they said they said it may take longer then the $125 quote so lets start with $250 and I agreed. They came back with a alternator issue and also the after market stereo is pulling to much of a draw to keep up with the alternator. I took the car back to Car Toys since the stereo was still under warranty and they said there was nothing wrong with the draw. After replacing the alternator belt and getting a tight fit there was no more issue with the charging system. I called Bassitt Auto to complain about the missed diagnostic and they refunded the full $250 stating that they missed the call on that one. NEVER before have I ever had a mechanic shop admit they were wrong and give me a FULL refund! They have earned my trust and my business from this day forward.
