I went to Bassitt auto because I felt I could no longer trust the mechanic I was using. Bassitt treated me great. I got fast turnaround of my vehicle repair, friendly service, good price, and free soda. I would highly recommend them.

They have a soda machine in there. They charged me quite a bit for an electrical diagnostic. When it was just a simple few that needed to be replaced. But I guess it's my fault for not knowing how to work on cars.

Very helpful, and I have not needed auto repair in about 10 years so was wary. Took my truck in at 10:00 am, they analyzed my oil leak problem and recommended the repair and cost and had my truck ready by 4:30 pm. Will definitely return if needed again

Professional, patient, and speedy--worth the price Everyone I worked with or spoke to at Bassitt Auto was friendly and patient. When we had questions about the repairs, they took the time to answer them and to show us what was going on. When I compared their prices to estimates from other mechanics in the area, they were comparable, but sometimes a smidge higher (5-8%). Worth it. They've got my business the next time I need work done.
