I had a charging issue with my 65 mustang, already changed the alternator and voltage regulator. They quoted me $125 over the phone but when I took it in they said they said it may take longer then the $125 quote so lets start with $250 and I agreed. They came back with a alternator issue and also the after market stereo is pulling to much of a draw to keep up with the alternator. I took the car back to Car Toys since the stereo was still under warranty and they said there was nothing wrong with the draw. After replacing the alternator belt and getting a tight fit there was no more issue with the charging system. I called Bassitt Auto to complain about the missed diagnostic and they refunded the full $250 stating that they missed the call on that one. NEVER before have I ever had a mechanic shop admit they were wrong and give me a FULL refund! They have earned my trust and my business from this day forward.

1st time here and will never go else where now. Great service, Clean shop, Honest work! Happy to finally have a "go to" shop I feel great about!

Top grade auto mechanics. Reasonably priced but not cheap. BUT they stand fully behind their work and warrant it for 12 months. For my money,. Bassitt's is among the very best in what they do.
