Bassitt (Jammie, manager; Jack, technician) did a great job of diagnosing the problems with my little old truck. Rather than replacing the timing chain (a very expensive proposition), which I was told by another shop was necessary, Jack determined that that was not the problem. His repair cost considerably less than a timing chain replacement. They were willing to explain some of the things that were wrong and make suggestions for possible future maintenance to bring my truck back to factory specs. Quite pleased.

Though my car needed a new engine and that's awful news for anyone, they were very receptive, honest, and friendly throughout the entire process. Very impressed!
