First time going to this Auto Shop. First impressions were great! Clean shop, very friendly staff, great pricing and faster turn around than I expected. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. I will definitely be coming here again. Update: Second time going to Bassitt Auto. So friendly. Amazing communication. Love they recommend things that NEED to be done and things that could wait to be fixed/repaired at a later time. Love this shop. Third Entry. Aug 21, 2025. Very grateful for the team at Bassitt Auto. Jammie is great to work with. Very communicative. We took our Hyundai Elantra into the shop to have the transmission inspected. They came back with a thorough detail of what was wrong. Quoted me a very reasonable price for a new transmission to be order and installed. The part arrived in 3days. Estimate was 2 days to get it done. Unfortunately the part that was delivered did not have the threading to secure it to the car. A new part was then expressed shipped and the team at Bassitt Auto loaned us their Quest van to get around town in the mean time. Very unexpected and very appreciative for that gesture. Very happy customer. I still recommend this shop to everyone.
