I was a previous customer and so glad I am back. There were a lot of issues with my vehicle and Jamie was great at explaining and answering my questions. I am will not be going anywhere else in the future for any work on my vehicle.

Job turned out to be more than expected. Jaimee kept me informed of progress. Jon required more time than expected, so Craig the owner shuttled me personally to and from my home at completion of job. Let's not forget the front desk, you can't ask for better service or being in a pleasant atmosphere.

In needed to get a rear diff seal done . Ford quoted me 1,050 to fix . Redicous price of course . I came to Bassett and paid 274.00. They saved me a ton of money and a lot of frustration for sure. Have used them for years and are truly the only honest repair shop around. Thank you .
