Highly recommended Bassist Auto Company for all domestic vehicles. I worked with Kevin who provided excellent customer service and completely kept me updated with all work that were necessary to repair my Dodge pickup. Work was completed within 24 hours (had to overnight a part) otherwise pretty sure it would have only taken a day. The fact another auto mechanic recommended Bassist because they don’t work on domestic speaks volumes. Definitely found a mechanic I can trust going forward regarding my Dodge.

It’s difficult finding new services when moving to new State. Bassitt Auto Co. is one of few places that we find trustworthy. Bassitt will be our permanent car repair shop. Highly recommended. Lovely people.

I would recommend Bassitt auto to anyone who has a vehicle thats newer than 30nyears old (as thats the cutoff year for Bassitt). They are a fairly busy local shop so it if you do an emergency dropoff like i tend to do it might take a day or two to get to your vehicle, but they always do their best to keep the queue moving quickly. They have great communication and are very freindly. The way the crew talks about cars and repairs is very easy to understand. They arent trying to upsell and do a great job laying out options to help you figure out what you (the customer) want done or not done. Their parts pricing is accurate, and their labor costs are *substantially* lower than dealers. It might not be the cheapest shop in town, but I know that the qoutes they give are going to be consistently fair and free from markups or unrealistic labor charges, and the work will be impeccable. As long as I live in the Hillsboro Beaverton area this will always be my first choice for any auto repairs I have.
