They could have mediocre service, and I would still be a customer out of appreciation for their fabulous and fun decor and atmosphere! BUT they are highly competent, flexible, and friendly. Bassitt is the best auto repair service I’ve ever been to!!!

When my air conditioner broke I went to Facebook for recommendations. Multiple people suggested Bassett and I knew my dad had used them years ago. They were extremely friendly, got me an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and did the repair work quickly. They are straight shooters and I felt that the cost was extremely fair. They’ve made a customer for life. Wouldn’t trust my car anywhere else.
