Been using Bassitt for several years now, they’re always friendly, accommodating and excellent service. A couple years ago I had both the front wheel bearings replaced on my Highlander an about 10 days ago they started making noise so went back to have them checked out. It was actually both bearings. They replaced them both and did a front end alignment. They covered it under their 2year 24,000 mile warranty and charged me $0. They stand behind their work and honor their warranty with no questions asked. I’ll be back again when I need vehicles serviced or repaired. **** service

I’ve been using Bassett now for 4-5 years and did a service with them in one of my vehicles in 2022, there’s been a sound of a bad wheel bearing for about 10 days so made an appointment and it was just under their 2/24 warranty. They ended up replacing both wheel bearings and did a front end alignment and did it all for 0 dollars. They rock

Fast service, honest assessment of the issue, clear communication and great pricing. Can’t beat that when looking for a mechanic nowadays. The interior of the shop lobby is pretty cool too. I’ll be taking more vehicles here in the future.

Service and staff were very friendly and communicative, they replaced several parts and had back in my car in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again.
