Professional and friendly as always. Small oil stain on the garage floor when I parked the car for a few hours. Disappointed that the customer WiFi didn't work. Would have been more of an issue if the oil change had taken longer.

I don't know who else I would trust my cars to. We have been going to Bassett for over a decade. They always fix things right the first time. With Bassett's care, one of the Prius went 317,000 miles before my son decided he wanted a new car. No major repairs.

As usual, you guys did an excellent job in getting me in quickly for a trip check. You even went the extra mile and replace a taillight bulb after I had checked out. Thanks again.
