I have been taking my cars to Bassett since at least '94-'95. I have never been unhappy or skeptical of the services. With any vehicle repair and service, trust is a huge deal and those guys have given me plenty of reason to have zero doubt in their abilities, motivation, honesty and genuine care about both customer's needs and work needed. Their estimates are always on target and the communication and expectation setting is fantastic. Whether the job has been small (like an oil change) or big (thousands of dollars), there have never been any surprises. What's needed, what gets done, things to watch out for and things I don't need to worry about--are always clearly explained. I've never had to "check in" to see how some work is progressing because they contact me first with updates--whether some part is late in arriving or if something got done sooner then expected--I always have a petty good idea when things will be done and how much it'll cost, and it has always been extremely fair (or even better than fair).

I had scheduled to have my Jeep Cherokee looked at for key not detected issues. I arrived on the scheduled day, was greeted by Mike, informed on what would take place. Jamey contacted me later in the day and explained what they had found, and that the vehicle was ready. Mike and Jamey were both very kind and professional. Noticed that a prior repair was showing signs of failing. In checking my original invoice noticed their warranty, which somehow I hadn’t noticed previously. Called and was elated to get no pushback, no static, no attitude, just an appointment to review the repair. Bassitt confirmed the failure of previously installed parts, got replacements, took care of everything and handed me a zero balance invoice along with my keys. That kind of commitment makes me a loyal customer.
