Excellent and speedy service, as well as good communication literally saved me thousands. An identified issue at the dealership and subsequent quote was for $1800 worth of work. After a quick phone call, Bassit was able to get me in within the week and able to diagnose what the likely problem was for a fraction of the estimated cost. They got on it as soon as I gave my okay and I had my vehicle back with in a day. Along with a plan to check up on the issue and verify there are not any follow up issues. Thank you for the honest and quick work.

Had my daughter's Jeep in for much overdue maintenance. It needed repairs to be safe to drive. The technician was very thorough in identifying issues to be addressed for safety, and also things that just needed to be done, like addressing oil leaks and water pump, etc. The results have been very good. I feel more comfortable with my daughter driving that care around Portland now.
